- Successful summary judgment and award of attorney fees on behalf of employer sued for breach of contract and discrimination after terminated high-level employee signed release for consideration;
- Trial court representation on behalf of Silicon Valley employee terminated shortly before stock options were to become vested - written at-will employment agreement;
