• UCC cases including those involving sales and forged and stolen checks used in interstate commercial transactions, e.g. a recent case where forged checks were verified by an "assurance" company listed in Dunn & Bradstreet that had purportedly issued the checks (research memos to my lawyer customer);

• Commercial real estate litigation including sales, broker liability, disability access cases (adverse to City and County of San Francisco and public interest group) and numerous unlawful detainers;

• Collections;

• Insurance litigation, including a recent case where the fire insurer "pushed" a reconstruction contractor on the owner and then medddled in the relationship, leading to the contractor walking off the project and filing suit against the owner;

• Lender liability;

• "Too many" discovery motions (I am geared up for industrial-strength production of moving and opposing papers).
